iQ7/24 was founded in 2006 by experienced partners, and today brings together a highly specialized team dedicated to loyalty and relationship marketing.

In 2010, their unique collective experience led to the development of the exclusive iQ7/24 technology—created to meet the needs of small- and medium-sized businesses. iQ7/24 started off as a specialist in the automotive industry and has since branched out into other sectors, including retail commerce and restaurants, launching new loyalty and retention programs.

Today, iQ7/24 provides clients with targeted commercial and creative services and offers the expertise of a specialized team of over 20 analysts, programmers, project managers, account directors, and client-service representatives.

Claude Léger, Partner

Claude has been in the advertising industry for over 35 years—both as a strategic planner and agency owner and president. He is an expert at promotion planning, direct marketing and sales activation, and has developed hundreds of programs aimed at changing customer behaviour in such industries as packaged goods, automobile, food retail, general retail and banking. Claude has worked on key programs for such North American brands as Labatt, Pepsi, Tropicana, Rona, Pizza Hut, Second Cup, Conagra, and many more.

Daniel Tardif, Partner

Daniel is president of iQ7/24 and has more than 20 years of advertising and promotional marketing experience—plus an additional 20 years in the field of loyalty marketing. He is the owner of one of Canada’s largest promotional and marketing agencies, with specific expertise in the integration of technological marketing solutions.

Daniel played a key role in the launch of Air Miles in Canada and helped introduce the Interac system country-wide. He has extensive experience in the retail field, and has worked with such retail giants as Provigo, Petro-Canada, Royal Bank, McDonald’s, Toyota, and Visa.

Daniel will work to ensure iQ7/24 delivers a flexible loyalty solution that meets your needs—targeting small and medium-sized retailers and supporting you every step of the way along with his experienced marketing team.

 

 


David-Lee Beauchemin, VP Technology and Innovation, Partner

David brings you over 20 years of expertise in the field of complex electronic information systems, as well as business integration with new technologies. As the technological genius behind our loyalty program, he brings to the table a substantial set of skills, including architecture technology, solutions and integration, major-project intervention and solution development. David has worked as a technology consultant for such influential North American companies as Rona, TD Bank, National Bank of Canada, Meloche Monnex, Lockheed Martin, and CGI.

David is committed to ensuring the iQ7/24 platform is fully integrated with your IT requirements—and that our loyalty solution will always keep you one step ahead of the competition in terms of flexibility, ease of use and speed-to-market. He’ll also make sure our technology team is keenly responsive to your individual needs and issues.

 


Andréanne Rondeau, Vice President, Consulting Services

Andréanne has many years of experience in direct marketing as well as in the planning and implementation of loyalty programs. She has a talent for strategic planning and puts the industry’s best practices to good use. She has worked for many key North American organizations, including Yves Rocher North America and Intrawest, and is particularly adept at B2C and B2B programs.

Using her keen project management skills, Andréanne and her team will work in conjunction with clients to create, implement and manage loyalty programs that deliver on results—and positively impact the bottom line.
